D’Lance Golf Performance Center has been custom fitting and custom building with Matrix shafts since 1997. The company has developed the most comprehensive fitting system in the world by fitting more than 10,000 golfers in the past 10 years. The system uses shaft load testing and several other factors to determine the optimum shaft weight, butt flex, tip profile, and swing weight for each individual golfer. The results of these recommendations are then tested on ball flight monitors to optimize shot dispersion, distance, launch angles, spin rates and descent angles using several different club heads on the appropriate shaft. The results are a 50% decrease in shot dispersion and 5-10% increase in distance. The company does fittings in its indoor studio in Englewood, Colorado or at various golf courses in Colorado, Arizona, California and Texas using its mobile fitting trailer.
